Lisa Weaver serves as Fulfillment Operations Manager at Tristar and has been with the Tristar team for over 18 years. She’s built and maintained strong business to business relationships with multiple external partners. Her management of inventory reaches across many divisions and channels as she oversees all aspects of fulfillment management. Lisa’s been instrumental in developing and implementing processes to ensure product flow efficiencies and cost savings.

Her experience includes over 30 years in warehouse and fulfillment management and customer service. Previously, she worked with the Bollman Hat Company and a private label apparel company.

Lisa holds an Associate of Arts Degree in Business Management, and completed management courses at the Manufacturers Association of Berks County.
